A Fourth ShotThe concept of a fourth shot first originated when a sound recording, (sourced from a police motorbike,) was discovered. The United States House Select Committee on Assassinations or HSCA, (using the motorbike recording,) found a fourth shot amongst the background noise. This was in controversy with the Warren Commission, who found that Lee Harvey Oswald (the supposed murderer,) fired only three shots, provoking the idea of a second gunman.
